Roast Potatoes

  • 5 medium potatoes , peeled and cut into uniform sizes
  • 2 3/4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Oz butter , melted
  • 1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 400 ℉. Cook potatoes in pan of boiling water 5 minutes. Drain, cool on paper towel. Combine potatoes, oil, and butter in baking dish, mix well. Sprinkle with salt. Bake about 1 hour or until tender.
