Ingredients:
  • 3 cups cooked turkey ham, cut up
  • 1-1/2 cups frozen shredded potatoes
  • 1-1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1-1/3 cups lowfat condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 2 cups reduced fat buttermilk baking mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Stir baking mix and water in a 13x9 inch well greased baking dish until moistened. Spread evenly. Spread ham mixture over batter. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
