Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. chicken stock powder
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 lb. canned peas
Cooking Directions:

Combine sour cream and stock powder in saucepan. Let stand 10 minutes to dissolve powder. Add lemon juice and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat until warm to blend flavors. Do not boil. Cook peas in their own liquid in a heavy saucepan over medium high heat until they just come to a boil. Drain. Stir in sauce and serve.
